1
I am obliged to write to you today, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon,
because my protest and inquiry sent to President Barroso
concerning an obstruction of Justice accusation lodged by me
against the Prefetto di Firenze, Paolo Padoin,
has not been taken into consideration nor responded to
by President Barroso's office.
2
The Italian judicial system—in esse, ab intra et a capita ad calcem—is
CORRUPT.
The most important travesty of Justice in Italy
is the Italian judicial system.
The Italian judicial system is perverse,
and it has caused physical and moral damage to millions of Italians.
The human rights of countless numbers of Italians,
and foreigners living in Italy,
are constantly being abrogated by this institution—
capricious and wide-open to criminal elements.
3
The Italian judicial system cannot be trusted
to mete out Justice.
It is horrendously unreliable and inefficient
often wanting to be so.
4
The Italian judicial system—a Kafkaesque pigheadedness—has undermined
the democratic principles of the Repubblica Italiana for decades.
Its turpitude is metastasising more and more in Italy.
The Italian judicial system must be investigated and prosecuted ab extra.
5
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, you are obligated to intervene speedily
on behalf of all people residing in Italy.
These individuals are struggling to live in freedom, dignity and decency
within a cesspool of judicial deceit and putridness.
The rule of law does not exist in Italy.
Please come to the aid of these wretched citizens.
6
I respectfully request that Professor Gian Franco Cartei,
my dear friend and a valiant defender of Justice,
be granted 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week international police protection.
Cordially...
Anthony St. John
